kitchen update

Kitchen #1

Removing the original peninsula and expanding the pantry area opened up the kitchen. This space now features maple cabinets in a toffee glaze, a classic stone backsplash with oil rubbed bronze deco tile accents, quartz countertops, and oil rubbed bronze hardware. Lovely cabinets with adjustable pull out drawers now provide optimal use of the pantry. Decorative legs adorn the new island and it is a great working area. A space has been designated for mail, phones etc. and a corkboard is used for notes and important dates to keep the family and the kitchen organized. Italian plank porcelain tiles have been installed on the floor and a custom window seat provides extra seating and a unique focal point.

Kitchen #2

This kitchen was updated by expanding into the original formal dining room. This created an ā€œLā€ shaped space with two islands and a lot of storage. The kitchen features off white cabinets with a coffee glaze, oil rubbed bronze hardware, quartz countertops, a copper apron front sink and a beautiful durable porcelain floor. Some of the special features of this space include self-closing doors and drawers, adjustable pull out shelving, an under counter microwave, seeded glass cabinets and 3 way cabinet lighting.
